The Lunar Sabbath | Defense - Part 1

"And they worshiped the dragon because he had given authority to the beast:

and they worshiped the beast ... And all the inhabitants of the earth shall worship him, whose names have not been written from the foundation of the world in the book of life of the Lamb that was slain. " (Apocalypse 13: 4-6, 8, NKJV)

This prophecy, recorded in the last book of the Bible, is a revealing look into the near future. She says the final conflict between the forces of good and the forces of evil will concern worship.

The fact that the battle over worship figure predominantly in the prophecies of the final conflict implies that there is something different, two warring beliefs, in the area of worship, unprecedented on the world religious scene.

This controversy can affect only the day of worship, because it is the day of worship that expresses fidelity to the divinity that adore.Yahuwah Himself stressed the importance of the day when He was be worshiped when He said:

The seventh day is the Sabbath of Yahuwah your Elohim. (See Exodus 8:10).

In recent years, a growing light on the Sabbath revealed a long-forgotten truth: that the true Sabbath can be found by using the ancient Hebrew calendar, the calendar of Creation.

Several objections were raised against this stunning new truth. Some people rush to their pastors with the pressing question: "Are these things true?" Others feel confused by apparent contradictions. Many articles and videos were produced purporting to show the "error" in the belief in the lunar Sabbath.

A careful examination of Scripture reveals the truth. In the light of Scripture, the "evidence" against the lunar Sabbath are to contradict Scripture, history, and how Yahuwah work.

Here are 10 common objections raised against the Biblical Sabbath Lunar and their respective answers.

OBJECTION # 1: "If the lunar Sabbath is true, why have we not heard of before This can not be true because God would never have allowed that the Sabbath is at this point lost and forgotten !! "

ANSWER: Since the Sabbath is of paramount importance, it is a hypothesis that many have made. However, this is an incorrect assumption. Scripture itself prophesies that the true Sabbath come to be forgotten.

Yahuwah was like an enemy. He did violence to His tabernacle, he has destroyed his place of assembly; Yahuwah has forgotten in Zion festivals and Sabbaths. (See Lamentations 2: 5-6.)

When the truth is not cherished as it should be, prevails Yahuwah for safekeeping. When the early Christians accepted the compromise, embracing paganism Yahuwah Himself to forget the Sabbaths.

"I will cease all her joy, her feasts, her New Moons, her Sabbaths. - All her solemn" (Hosea 2:13 KJV)

But the promise is that in the last days, the truth would be restored:

"Because My people have forgotten me,... He was taken to stumble in their ways, in the ancient paths...." (Jeremiah 18:15)

Thus saith [Yahuwah]: "Stand ye in the ways, and see, and ask for the old paths, where is the good way, and walk therein, and ye shall find rest for your souls (see Jeremiah 6!: 16.)

"Your people will rebuild the old wastes, You raise up the foundations;. It breaches repairman call you, The restorer of paths, which makes the country habitable If you turn away your foot from the Sabbath, for doing your My will in holy day, if you do the Sabbath delight ... "(Isaiah 58:12, 13, KJV)

OBJECTION # 2: "The weekly cycle continues uninterrupted from Creation Saturday is the seventh day of the week, so of course he is the true Sabbath."

ANSWER: The time itself is continuous. However, there are different methods to measure this continuous time. An uninterrupted weekly cycle has appeared in the calendar format when the Babylonians adopted a few hundred years before the birth of the Savior. All ancient calendars had weekly cycles recommenced once a month to every New Moon, annually or at the end of last year.

On a schedule where the weekly cycle restarts each month, weekdays are always found on the same calendar dates. When the weekly cycle starts with the New Moon on the seventh day of each week is always held on the 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th day of the month.

The Scriptures confirm this calendar format. It is significant that every time a date of Seventh-day Sabbath is given in Scripture, either directly or contextually, it is always an 8th, 15th, 22nd or 29th of the month. This confirms that the Biblical calendar uses a lunar month in which the day of the week always fall on the same days of the month.

OBJECTION 3: "The moon was created on the fourth day it can not determine the Sabbath because it was not even created until the fourth day of Creation!"

ANSWER: This argument is as much an argument against on Saturday that he is against a lunar Sabbath. Saturday only appears late in the Julian calendar - a pagan calendar - then in the modern Gregorian calendar: a papal calendar. The Julian and Gregorian calendars are both solar calendars. If the lights created on the fourth day may be used to calculate the time, so on Saturday should also be rejected because the Gregorian calendar is based on the sun.

In fact, the sun and moon were both created by a divine decree to Creation. They were created when the mind of the Yahuwah conceived and His mouth they came to existence.Yahuwah created of age in all things. Adam and Eve were created perfect examples of age. Adam was not created as a fetus or newborn, but as a grown man. Similarly, birds and animals were not created as unhatched eggs or blind animals and babies in need.

Just as a jeweler sets a watch to the correct time, the Creator has correctly positioned the moon to serve specifically reference for all time to come. When Yahuwah created the sun, He positioned at a specific location: the exact distance of the earth required to provide the right temperature; neither too close nor too far. It has likewise carefully and deliberately placed the moon to the precise position necessary for the use of his time computing system.

Objection 4: "My pastor told me that the lunisolar calendar was used only for the holidays, NOT for the Sabbath!"

ANSWER: Scripture teaches one method of computing time: the lunisolar calendar.

Genesis 1:14 says:

"Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days and years."

The word "season" comes from the Hebrew word, "Mo'ed."

"Mo'ed, mo'adah:.... Congregation, festive gathering, meeting, signal [Yahuwah] met Israel at these specific times in order to reveal His will This is a common term for the meeting. adoration of the... people [Yahuwah]. " (# 4150, "Lexical Aids" in the Old Testament, Bible study by keyword.)

"Mo'ed" is also translated "seasons" in Psalm 104: 19:

"He made the moon for seasons (mo'adah)."

This clearly establishes that the moon has been specially created for the purpose of calculating the time of worship.

Celebrations (mo'adah) of Yahuwah are all described in Leviticus 23. The first named party is the seventh-day Sabbath!

And Yahuwah spoke to Moses, saying: "Speak to the Israelites and say to them. 'Concerning the feasts of Yahuwah you shall proclaim as holy convocations, all these are my feasts On six days work but the seventh day is the Sabbath of rest, a holy convocation; you shall do no work: it is the Sabbath of Yahuwah, in all your dwellings. " (See Leviticus 23: 1-3)

Scripture does not present two calendars: one for the weekly Sabbath, and another for the annual festivals. In addition, it should be recalled that when the moon was designated to determine the time of worship, there was no other holidays! The only "celebration" of the week of Creation was the weekly festival: the seventh-day Sabbath.

Objection 5: "John 7-9 proves that sometimes the weekly Sabbath falls on a date other than the 8, 15, 22 or 29. In this passage, the seventh-day Sabbath falls on 23 after the last day of the feast of Tabernacles 22 "

ANSWER: 7-9 John is one of the evidence in favor of a lunar Sabbath. It clearly links the seventh-day Sabbath to the 22nd day of the seventh month. The story begins with a statement of the Savior on the sixth day of the week:

On the last day, that great day of the feast, Yahushua stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come to Me and drink. (See John 7:37.)

The party referenced here is the Feast of Tabernacles because in the second verse of John 7, it says:

"Now the feast of the Jews, the feast of tabernacles was at hand." (John 7: 2)

The Feast of Tabernacles is a feast of seven days, followed immediately by the seventh-day Sabbath, which, in Leviticus 23, is called a "holy convocation."

Speak to the children of Israel, saying, In the fifteenth day of this seventh month is the Feast of Tabernacles for seven days in honor of Yahuwah. Seven days you shall offer an offering made by fire to Yahuwah. The eighth day you shall have a holy convocation. (See Leviticus 11:34 , 36.)

The Feast of Tabernacles always begins on the 15th day of the seventh month, or the fifteenth day following the New Moon. It is a feast of seven days, ending on the 21st day of the month. So, the next day is a seventh-day Sabbath.

John 7-9 supports this. Scripture says that Yahushua stood up and spoke to the "last day, that great day of the feast." The last day of the festival is the 21st. After Yahushua spoke to the people:

The Feast of Tabernacles is a seven-day festival, starting on 15th and ending on the 21st day of the month.

The Feast of Tabernacles is a seven-day festival, starting on 15th and ending on the 21st day of the month.

Every man went to his house. But Yahushua went to the Mount of Olives. But on the morning he came again into the temple, and all the people came unto him; he sat down, he taught them. (See John 8: 1, 2.)

The Savior spent the night on the Mount of Olives, early the next day, the Sabbath, He came again into the temple. It was on this occasion that the Jews tried to stone Him for blasphemy. However:

Yahushua hid and left the temple, going through the midst of them, and so he went. While Yahushua passed, he saw a man blind from birth. (See John 8:59, 9: 1).

The heart of love of the Savior could not bring himself to walk away without helping that soul in need.

He spat on the ground and made clay with the saliva; and He anointed the eyes of the blind man with the clay. Now it was a Sabbath that Yahushua had made clay and opened his eyes. (See John 9: 6, 14.)

Some people have assumed that the Sabbath was to be the 23rd day of the seventh month. However, this incorrect assumption is based on an incorrect understanding of the "last day, the great day" of the Feast of Tabernacles. As explained in Leviticus 23, the last day of the Feast of Tabernacles is the 21st of the seventh month, because it is only a seven-day celebration that starts on the 15th, a weekly Sabbath. Far from refuting the lunar Sabbath, John 7-9 actually supports!

OBJECTION 6: "? But where did the schedule explained in the Bible Can you give me a text Just a text, which explains how the calendar worked!"

ANSWER: This seems like a reasonable request. But is it consistent with the scriptures There are many things in the Bible that can not be proven from a single text. Moreover, the principles to search the Bible by the study are given in Scripture as:

"For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, there a little." (Isaiah 28:10, KJV)

The student of Scripture must ask: what is the weight of the evidence? When all text on the same subject together, what is the conclusion to the question? It is impossible to prove a Sabbath-Saturday from Scripture. The weight of the evidence clearly supports a Sabbath calculated from the New Moon Sabbath a "lunar".

There is not a single verse in the Bible explains the format of the lunisolar calendar, as it was known to all! All nations originally used a lunisolar calendar.

A common assumption held by many is that the Julian weeks in the first century BC and AD were identical to modern week, beginning on Sunday; ending on Saturday. Archaeological and historical evidence proves without a doubt

that initially the Julian week was a week of eight days! When the pagan planetary week was finally accepted in the first centuries of our era, it began the day of Saturn and ended the day of Venus, or modern Friday.

The probability of finding an explanation of the Julian calendar from the writings of early "Church Fathers" is also highly unlikely. Like the biblical authors assumed that readers knew the lunisolar calendar, so paganized Christians have assumed that their readers knew the Julian calendar, because it was the calendar then in use.

OBJECTION # 7. "If the Jews in the time of Christ had kept the wrong Sabbath, He would have rectified Since He has not done, we can definitely assume that they kept the true Sabbath . "

ANSWER: It is true that the Savior would have corrected the Israelites if they loved the evil day. The very fact that He has not done is proof that, at that time, they worshiped the true Sabbath. Further evidence that the Israelites kept the true Sabbath in the days when the Savior was on the earth is found in the fact that on Saturday did not exist in the Roman Julian calendar then. The Julian calendar was at that time a week of eight days. Israel still worshiped by conforming to Moses schedule, not the schedule of their Roman conquerors!

OBJECTION 8: "Saturday is the true Sabbath This is the day when the Jews worship and they never lost the Sabbath.."

ANSWER: It is true that the Jews of today love to Saturday. It is also true that they never have "lost" the concept of a seventh-day Sabbath. However, by their own admission, they deliberately set aside the Biblical calendar calculated by the New Moon.

"The New Moon is still, and the Sabbath was originally dependent on the lunar cycle...." ( "The Parties" Universal Jewish Encyclopedia, p. 410.)

"The months of the year were lunar, and began with the new moon." (The Universal Jewish Encyclopedia, "Calendar", p. 631.)

"Declaring the new month by observation of the new moon, and the new year with the arrival of spring, can be done by the Sanhedrin. At the time of Hillel II [4th century AD] ,... The Romans prohibited this practice. Hillel II was therefore forced to institute his fixed calendar.... " ( "The Jewish calendar; Editing the calendar," www.torah.org.)

Rabbi Louis Finkelstein, a renowned scholar of the Jewish Theological Seminary of America, said forcefully:

"The present Jewish calendar was fixed in the fourth century." (Louis Finkelstein)

Maimonides, a Jewish scholar of the Middle Ages, and most other chronologists Jews agree that the modern Jewish calendar is based on the ".... means movements of the sun and moon, the true [calendar] having been set side." (Maimonides, Ha-Kiddusch hodesch.)

The fact that the Jews of today love to Saturday is NOT proof that Saturday is the seventh day Sabbath of Scripture and should not be used as evidence of anything except a change of calendar.

OBJECTION # 9: "In a lunar calendar, you sometimes get eight or even nine days between the Sabbaths It is a mistake to come to Sabbath every seventh day.!."

ANSWER: The fourth commandment says that the Sabbath came after six days of work:

You will work six days and do all your work, but the seventh day is the Sabbath of Yahuwah your Elohim. (See Exodus 20: 9, 10.)

There are never more than six days per week in the real calendar. The weekly cycle restarts with each new month, but the New Moons are days of worship.

"Originally, the New Moon was celebrated in the same way as the Sabbath; it gradually became less important while the Sabbath became more and more one day of religion and humanity, meditation and religious instruction... " ( "The Parties" Universal Jewish Encyclopedia, p. 410.)

The New Moons are often treated as Sabbaths in Scripture:

Thus says Adonai Yahuwah; "The gate of the inner court toward the east shall be shut the six working days, but it will be open on the Sabbath, it will also be open on the day of the New Moon (see Ezekiel 46: 1).

Since the New Moons are days of worship, there are never more than six business days before the next day of worship. In the modern solar calendar, the New Moons are not even noticed, much less observed as a day of worship! Yet the New Moon, founder worship day for the biblical reckoning of time, will be observed in the new earth for all eternity!

"And it will be From New Moon to New Moon and from Sabbath to Sabbath, all flesh come to worship before me," says Yahuwah. (See Isaiah 66:23)

If we are going to worship the Creator in the days of New Moon in eternity, should we not worship these days, now?

OBJECTION # 10: "The Lunar Sabbath is so difficult to understand the truth should be so simple that even a child could understand God would not make a loyalty test on something so hard to understand!.."

ANSWER: Neither the novelty of an idea, or difficulty understanding are solid reasons to reject it as an error. The Saviour Himself prayed:

I praise you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and what you have revealed them to children. Yes, Father; I thank thee that thou good pleasure. (See Matthew 11:25, 26.)

The truth is that children often have an easier understanding of the Biblical calendar as adults! Even a very young child can count up to seven. The difficulty comes when one requires them to memorize arbitrary pagan names for days and months.

The subject on a different schedule is actually more difficult to grasp for adults because they have spent so many years living in the Gregorian calendar. Another method of measuring the time seems, at first, very difficult to grasp for them.

This difficulty, however, is not evidence that the lunar Sabbath is wrong. It only confirms the truth of Scripture, who predicted:

"He shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear the members of the holy people will begin to change the calendar and the law." (Daniel 7:25, AMP)

This topic is far too important to delegate his study to someone else, even a priest or pastor. Everyone has the responsibility to investigate for himself the truths of Scripture. Yahuwah promised to send the Spirit of Truth to direct anyone who wants to know the truth in this truth. Please, please, consider this essential subject for yourself. Study it with an open mind - a mind ready to obey, if the Holy Spirit convinces you that this is true.

Winston Churchill is quoted as having said:

"Most people, at one time or another in their lives, abut against the truth. Most jumps over the sweeping wave of the hand, and returns hastily to his business as if nothing n 'had arrived." (Winston Churchill)

The truth is too important to be swept with a wave. Once it is made, everyone has an obligation to determine for itself whether it is so or not and, if so, to obey this truth.

"When a man in error but in good faith hears the truth or he moves away from error or ceases to be honest." (Richard Humpal)

Will you decide to study for the truth?

Will you obey this truth when you find it?

Your eternal destiny may depend on the choices you make to speak to someone else for real ... or study for yourself.
