Les Adorateurs du 7ème Jour (A7J) is managed by the association La KAYILA . The KAYILA association is under the responsibility of a Board of Directors (CA) which meets on average 4 to 6 times a year. He decides on the orientations of the association as well as its development. It approves the annual budget of the association and presents it for approval to the annual General Assembly of members. It is the entire Board of Directors that makes all decisions everywhere and throughout its existence, in dialogue, consultation and decision with the director and president of the association.

The board is made up of 5 members, the 5 of whom act on a voluntary basis, thus providing the 7th Day Adorers (A7J) with an outside perspective and expertise necessary for the proper functioning of the work for which the members were elected:
